Submitting an application does not begin billing. For an approved family, the first $399 payment is collected when the first appointment is confirmed and no earlier than seven calendar days before that appointment. Eleven additional monthly installments follow.
Clear before you begin.
The First Year does not automatically renew. There is no automatic rebooking fee active at launch. There is no early-exit fee active at launch. Families may request cancellation through the designated support channel. Future scheduled base charges stop when the request is received, while service already provided or photographed is reconciled separately. Illness-related rescheduling does not carry a fee at launch.
