Applying during pregnancy allows us to begin planning ahead, but recurring payments do not begin simply because you submit an application or share an expected due date.

We generally plan the first session within your baby's first four weeks, based on your family's readiness and photographer availability.

There is no requirement to photograph before you feel ready.

Babies up to approximately eight weeks old may still be considered.

Families joining after the earliest newborn period receive an individual review so we can make sure the remaining experience can be delivered honestly and meaningfully.

Babies older than approximately eight weeks will ordinarily be directed toward another Annaliz Photography experience rather than being promised a newborn-to-first-birthday experience that can no longer be delivered as described.

Those circumstances are reviewed individually.

The experience should adjust compassionately around your family rather than forcing your baby into a standard timeline.

Yes.

Same-birth siblings may share one First Year membership when the household can be served within the agreed appointment structure.

The membership includes twelve sessions and the shared image allowance rather than separate session and image allowances for each baby.

Parents, guardians, and siblings are welcome throughout the story at no additional immediate-family participation charge.

The First Year is intentionally designed around real family life. We may provide simple preparation guidance, but your home does not need to look like a studio or magazine set.

The experience is approximately monthly. Your baby's development, illness, travel, scheduling, pauses, and family circumstances may shift individual dates.

The goal is to document the progression of the year rather than force every session onto an exact monthly birth anniversary.

We aim for continuity and may assign a primary photographer, but we do not guarantee that the same individual will attend all twelve sessions.

Stories by Annaliz remains responsible for maintaining the photographic standard, family context, and overall experience across the year.

We will offer an approved replacement or another suitable appointment.

You will not be charged because of a company-caused change.

Stories by Annaliz manages the schedule with you. We maintain the twelve-chapter plan and work ahead on upcoming appointments so you are not restarting the booking process every month.

There is no illness-related rescheduling fee at launch.

Your baby's comfort and your family's wellbeing come before keeping an appointment simply because it was booked.

Changes made at least 48 hours before a confirmed appointment may be rescheduled without a fee, subject to membership availability.

No automatic rebooking fee is active at launch.

If repeated scheduling difficulties arise, we will work with you to create a practical plan rather than quietly allowing chapters to disappear.

A chapter does not automatically disappear because a calendar month ends.

We will work with you to determine a practical replacement date while preserving the overall story as much as possible.

Yes.

An ordinary pause of up to 30 days may be approved in writing.

Longer hardship accommodations, ordinarily up to 90 days, may be available for significant medical or family circumstances.

Approved pauses also suspend affected scheduled installments and appointments.

Serious medical circumstances, pregnancy or infant loss, and other significant hardship are handled individually and compassionately.

We may pause or close the experience without penalty, reconcile service already provided, and suppress inappropriate milestone or promotional communications.

Moves within an approved service area can usually be accommodated.

If you move outside supported territory and we cannot continue the service, the membership may be closed without penalty and unused prepayments reconciled.

Yes.

You may submit a cancellation request through the designated support channel.

Future scheduled base membership charges stop when the request is received, while any photography already completed or being edited remains subject to delivery and reconciliation.

No early-exit fee is active at launch.

Any refund due is calculated from service already provided and payments already received.

If Stories by Annaliz cannot provide an included chapter, we may offer an accepted replacement or a refund or credit for that unprovided chapter.

Refunds are documented in writing.

The first $399 payment is collected when your first appointment is confirmed and no earlier than seven calendar days before that appointment.

Eleven additional monthly installments follow on the agreed billing schedule.

The First Year ends after its twelve base installments and does not automatically renew or convert into another membership.

The First Year is $399 per month for twelve payments, for a $4,788 total base membership price, plus any applicable tax.

There is no required album purchase, print purchase, joining fee, reservation deposit, or image upgrade.

Optional products or additional photography are purchased separately only if you choose them.

A family completing all twelve chapters receives a minimum of 205 distinct edited photographs across the program.

Standard sessions include at least 15 edited photographs.

The newborn, six-month, and first-birthday anchor sessions include expanded coverage.

Standard-session galleries are targeted within seven business days.

Newborn, six-month, and first-birthday anchor galleries are targeted within ten business days.

If we expect a delay, we will communicate a realistic revised delivery date.

You may submit one consolidated correction request within seven calendar days after gallery delivery.

Missing files or serious defects may still be reported later.

RAW files are part of the Stories by Annaliz production process and are not included in the customer deliverables.

Careryn LLC owns the copyright in Stories by Annaliz photography as established through its photographer agreements.

Families receive the delivered photographs with the personal-use and print rights included in their membership.

Purchasing the membership or appearing in a photograph does not, by itself, transfer copyright ownership to the client.

Governing source: Stories by Annaliz business decision; photographer-rights implementation remains subject to final agreements.

After all twelve chapters are complete, your photographs are brought together into a completed digital First Year Collection.

The collection includes:

• A chronological gallery containing all delivered photographs.
• A designed 26-page downloadable digital First Year book.
• A two-to-four-minute photographic slideshow.
• A music-free version of the slideshow.
• One consolidated revision round for names, dates, captions, and reasonable image substitutions.

Our target is within 30 calendar days after your final session gallery is delivered.

You will have seven calendar days to share collection preferences. If no response is received, Stories by Annaliz may proceed with its curation.

Delivered galleries remain available throughout your membership and for at least 12 months after completion or cancellation.

We also encourage every family to download and maintain its own copies.

Yes.

Membership galleries are private by default and are made available through the Stories by Annaliz customer experience rather than intentionally published as public family galleries.

Family photographs are treated with care.

Private gallery delivery and public portfolio or marketing use are handled separately.

Any public use of identifiable family imagery follows our image-use practices and applicable law.

Family images will not be used for AI training without separately reviewed, explicit permission.

Any AI-assisted editing or processing service must also be approved for its actual data practices before client files are uploaded.

The Growing Years is a potential continuation experience for eligible families after The First Year.

It is not included automatically.

There is no automatic enrollment or additional payment unless you separately choose an approved future offer.
